After the success of the first collaboration (website technical difficulties aside), a second collaboration was almost guaranteed!
The second collaboration between Studio Underd0g and Perpétuel saw the application of Eastern Arabic numerals to the brand's new 02SERIES field watch.
All in the detail.
In contrast to the majority of projects I worked on during my internship at Studio Underd0g, this project's focus was on the finer details.
Specifically, I worked on the scaling and positioning of the Eastern Arabic numerals. This was no easy task; great care and consideration were given both to the positioning of the markers to create a balanced dial and to the thickness of the numerals. The goal was to replicate the weight of the regular 02SERIES dials while also ensuring sharp printing onto the sapphire dial's surface.
Sold out.
Once again, this limited edition sold out! Both the Pink Lem0nade and Steffany Blue variants flew off the shelves within hours, followed by the Full Mo0n and Midnight variants over the next few weeks.
